Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 September 2026

1. Operator and acceptance

Turn To Be Done is operated by Jaroslav Tuzinsky, The Pulse Boulevard Apartments – C3, 1103, Madinat Al Mataar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact email: support@tbdone.com. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; reading it is not blanket consent to processing.

2. The service

Turn To Be Done connects customers and service providers through requests, offers, jobs, profiles, communications and media. The platform does not itself perform the requested work or guarantee the outcome of an agreement between users.

Account

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly inform support if you suspect account misuse.

4. Acceptable use

You must not break the law or third-party rights, impersonate others, distribute unlawful or harmful content, bypass security, overload the service through automation, or use other users’ data beyond its agreed purpose.

5. User content

You retain rights to your content and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload and share it.

6. Plans, payments, and consumers

We do not collect membership fees through the end of 2026. Any future paid membership, price and terms will be disclosed in advance; we will not begin charging without your order for paid membership. Payments for work between a customer and provider are separate from platform membership.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to provide a secure, available service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect loss and user conduct; liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

8. Suspension, termination, and law

We may proportionately restrict accounts for a breach, security risk, or legal duty. Users may terminate accounts through the deletion process. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts in Dubai have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
